FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

SKILLS CAMP is aimed at all players who want to develop their basketball skills.
At the camp, players will work on individual and technical aspects of basketball
The following can sign up for the camp:

– beginners players
– intermediate players
– highly advanced players

All competitors born in 2009 or older can register for the camp.

If the participant is younger (2010, 2011, 2012, or possibly 2013), another one of our MINI BASKETCAMP will be the perfect camp for him.

SKILLS CAMP created to individually increase your technical skills.
Arriving at HoopLife SKILLS CAMP will allow the participant to find out which aspects of the game he or she should / should work on.
During the training, the players will be divided into groups of 3-5 people and specialist coaches will be appointed for them.
The trainers at the SKILLS camp will be active players who practice basketball on a daily basis or coaches who specialize in individual work with players.

At the SKILLS camp, you will learn new technical innovations, you will receive guidelines on how to eliminate bad habits and improve your individual skills.

In the evenings, camp participants will be able to test themselves in sparring matches.

Accommodation in Primary School no. 2 in Krynica-Zdrój

Location of the place SP no. 2 in Krynica-Zdrój is great. The school is located at the roundabout leading to Czarny Potok and Jaworzyna Krynicka. The school is situated in a picturesque place around mountain streams. In a place where it is quiet and peaceful and where you can safely conduct a basketball camp.
The players will live, as is the case at most sports camps, in school classes.
6-8 person classes. There are toilets on each of the 3 levels. Showers are located in the same building directly next to the sports hall.

Meals 3 times a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and late evening additional 4 meals / snacks (milk, cereals, bread, jam, peanut butter)

The meals are organized by an experienced chef who works in the mountain restaurant during the winter season. During the summer, her company provides food for children and teenagers during sports camps.
The dishes are prepared with children in mind and never go hungry.
The full menu will be added to the site around the month of May.

Michał is thorough in the work of the coach, he shows and explains all aspects of the game with exceptional accuracy. Currently noting 8 points and close to 6 zb, 10.0 eval in less than an average of 22 minutes on the court

-The first step is to register for the camp in the campy tab
-After submitting the form, you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address provided during registration
-To guarantee participation in the camp (after filling in and sending the application), it is necessary to pay PLN 500 in advance
-The second payment must be made to the organizer by June 1, 2022
-The last payment should be paid to the organizer by 1 July 2022 or a maximum of 14 days (two weeks) until the beginning of the camp, i.e. by 4 July 2022
-We will make the entire refund (advance payment, second payment and last payment) only in the case of documented injury or chronic illness / quarantine presented to the camp organizer by 10 July 2022
-In case of documented injury or chronic disease / quarantine presented to the camp organizer after 10/07/2022, PLN 1790 will be refunded and the organizer will keep PLN 1000 (advance payment + second payment).
-We kindly ask participants to avoid team play in basketball about 10 days before the camp itself
-We recommend implementing the preparatory training for the camp 10-14 days before participating in the camp and 5 days of rest before it starts in order to achieve full regeneration
-If it is not possible to participate in the camp (presented to the organizer after 10 July 2022), it is possible to replace the competitor who is unable to participate in the camp for another interested participant who wants to participate in the camp at the last minute
-After registering, within 48 hours, participants will receive all the necessary documents allowing the competitor to formally participate in our camp. We kindly ask you to read the details contained in this next stage. The email will contain:
1. Agreement
2. Regulations
3. Parent’s declaration
4. Statement of the parent in relation to with COVID-19
5. Qualification Card
6. Information on a copy of a valid basketball player’s health record
7. GDPR document

Please complete the documents and send them to us by e-mail in the form of scans. We will need scans of these documents to be presented during the inspection from the school board and sanitary and epidemiological station.

The last stage will be contact regarding the arrival at the camp and the player’s departure from the camp. By June 25, we will contact you by e-mail and text message to determine the type of transport that the participant will use when arriving and leaving the camp.

In the return message, we will ask you to indicate 1 of 2 modes of transport that you intend to use:

Own access – by car
Access by HoopLife by bus
HoopLife Bus transportation cost included in the camp price.

The camp will end on July 13 at 1:00 PM. For those participants who will be returning home HoopLife Bus will arrive at the destination of route 1, Łódź and route 2, Warsaw, at approx. 18.00
