The camp in California is of a sports and recreational nature, where basketball activity is combined with sightseeing and a lot of other non-sports attractions.
We accept applications from beginner, intermediate and advanced players.
The trip is intended for players aged 12 to 19 who want to practice basketball in the USA, play a few games and have fun during their stay.
The HOOPLIFE CALIFORNIA TRIP was created to be able to explore the USA in a basketball atmosphere, but also to visit FLORIDA and above all have fun.
Do you need a basketball vacation when it’s cold and dark in Poland? We have a solution for you and an adventure you will never forget!
During the two-week stay, each participant will undergo 18-20 hours of training and play at least 5 friendly matches with school teams from the USA.
In addition to training and matches, there are many more attractions waiting for participants. The offer also includes:
- at least 5 scrimmages played against high school teams in California
- weekend trip to LAS VEGAS to participate in AAU tournament
- VENICE BEACH visit
- beach day at PLAYA DEL REY, Los Angeles
- visits to 4 high schools in Los Angeles area
- all day fun at the UNIVERSAL amusement park
- all day fun at the RAGING WATERS water park
- watching movies and classic NBA and NCAA games in the home cinema at VILLA
- mini golf, community pool and free time during the rest days

If you choose to fly with a group from Warsaw with a main group you will need to travel to the airport on your own.
IF You planning to meet us in Los Angeles we will meet You at the baggage claim at the LAX Airport.
If more than 4 players will form a small camp group to participate in CALIFORNIA TRIP at any of the European countries then we will hire an extra supervisor to fly with them from given airport that is convenient for client.
Accommodation in a VILLA in ROWLING HEIGHTS, suburbs of city of LOS ANGELES. The villa has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, home theater.
We provide 24/7 catering for camp participants. Breakfasts will be served at our villa, lunches at restaurants and dinners will be varied. We will eat them at restaurants, grill at our villa by the pool or order food to our place of residence.

- The first step is to register for the camp in the camps tab
- After sending the form you will receive an e-mail to the e-mail address provided in registration
- To guarantee your participation in the camp (after completing and sending the application) you must pay a deposit of 1000 EURO. Otherwise, your place will not be reserved.
- The second payment must be transferred to the organizer by July 1, 2025 in the amount of 1,000 Euro.
- The last/third payment must be transferred to the organizer by August 2, 2025, i.e. 14 days (two weeks) before departure.
- We will only refund the entire amount (the advance payment, the second payment and the final payment) in the event of a documented injury or chronic illness presented to the camp organizer by April 8, 2025.
- In the event of a documented injury or chronic illness presented to the camp organizer after August 2, 2025, the amount will be refunded minus the advance payment, i.e. EUR 1000.
- We kindly ask participants to avoid playing team “contact” basketball for about 14 days before departure.
- We recommend implementing camp preparation training 21-30 days prior to participation and a 5-day rest before the start of the camp to achieve full regeneration.
- In the event of inability to participate in the camp (presented to the organizer after August 2, 2025), it is possible to replace the competitor unable to participate in the camp with another interested participant who wants to participate in the camp at the last minute.
- After registering, participants will automatically receive all necessary documents to the specified email address, allowing the athlete to formally participate in our camp. We kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with the details contained in the documents. The email will contain:
– Agreement
– Regulations
– Parent’s declaration
– Qualification card
– Information on a copy of the player’s valid health card
– GDPR document
In order to complete all formalities related to the camp, please fill out all documents before the start of the camp and send them to us by e-mail in the form of scans. We will need scans of these documents to show during inspections by the education authority and the sanitary-epidemiological station.
The last stage of communication before the camp will be contact regarding the type of arrival at the airport and the pick-up of the participant from the airport after the camp. By April 15, we will contact you by email and text message to determine the type of transport the participant will use to arrive at the airport and pick up the participant after arrival.
In the return message, we will ask you to indicate 1 of the 3 types of transport you intend to use:
Own transport – by car
Train transport with train details and arrival time
Bus transport with carrier details and arrival time
The cost of transport to the airport is covered by the participant. In the case of transport 2. By train and 3. By bus, we offer to pick up participants from the train or bus station in Warsaw and transport the participant to the camp site free of charge. We will provide flight and arrival times at a later date.
The camp will start on April 23, the day of departure, and will end on May 8, 2025, the day of arrival. For those participants who will be returning home 2. By train and 3. By bus, transport from the airport to the train or bus station will be organized.
