  🔹 The participant is required to cover the USD 45 ESTA visa waiver fee
  👉 We offer individual assistance in correctly completing the ESTA application

  🔹 Each participant is required to provide the organizer, at their own expense, with:
  🖊️ a CERTIFIED TRANSLATION, and
  📜 a NOTARIZED, SIGNED consent form authorizing care for the camp participant

  🔹 🚗✈️ Transportation to Warsaw to the meeting point and return from the airport to the place of residence
  ❌ is not included in the camp price

  ℹ️ All of the above formalities are mandatory in order to participate in the trip and to ensure the safety of all participants.

  The first step is to register for the camp in the “Camps” section.
  After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the address provided during registration 📧

  To guarantee participation in the camp, after submitting the application the following payments are required:

  💳 1st payment (deposit): 1000 EUR – secures your spot
  📅 2nd payment: 1000 EUR by October 10, 2026
  📅 3rd payment: by November 6, 2026 (14 days before departure)

  ❗ No deposit = no reservation of a spot

  🔁 Refunds

  🔹 Full refund (all payments) is possible only in the case of:

  • a documented injury

  • a chronic illness

  📌 To complete all formalities, the following are required:

  • 💶 deposit payment of 1000 EUR

  • 🛂 copy of the main passport page

  • 🇺🇸 copy of ESTA confirmation (we offer help with the application)

  • ✍️ signed CONTRACT

  • ✍️ signed RULES & REGULATIONS

  • 🖋️ notarized parental authorization for camp guardianship

  • 🌍 certified sworn translation of the notarized guardianship document

  • 🏥 copy of a basketball health card
    (or, in exceptional cases, a statement of no health card)

  🚍 Transportation to the airport

  The final stage before the camp will be contact regarding arrival at the airport and pick-up after return.

  📆 By November 6, we will contact you via e-mail and SMS.

  Please indicate one of the following options:
  1️⃣ own transport – by car
  2️⃣ arrival by train (with train details and arrival time)
  3️⃣ arrival by bus (with carrier details and arrival time)

  🚗 The cost of transport to the airport is covered by the participant.
  🚆🚌 For train/bus options, we offer free pick-up in Warsaw
  and transfer to the official meeting point.

  🕒 Exact flight departure and arrival times will be provided later.
